Snowy 豐富我倆的生命!

趁著新加坡大特賣(Singapore Great Sale),本人也在星期日湊上一腳,去給它大掃一番,

地點烏節路的義安城,目標瑰珀翠(Crabtree & Evelyn)及美體小舖(Bodyshop),

由於事前沒有做好功課,所以看到就買,還很高興,以為這樣就划算了,

就在回家後才發現原來Bodyshop在隔天就有贈品了,

於是我的內心就開始感到非常的困擾,

不斷地告訴自己,一定要打電話回去問,可不可以再補足差額,換贈品,

就是今天(星期一)我在上班之後,就試著打電話去問,

得到的答覆是:我的經理現在去吃午餐,我大概2pm會回你電話.

於是我開始漫長的等待,....

大約3.30pm我決定再去電詢問,

這次是馬來妹接電話,奶奶的,要用我的broken English...

ME:This is Angel, I have called this moring, about the free gift....

馬來妹:May I know who is the person who call this moring?

Me:Sorry I didnt ask her...於是我又重覆了我早上的問題(用英文喔,但我現在不復記憶了,重點是對方了解我的要求...)

馬來妹:OK, Can u leave your contact when my manager come back i will ask her to return your call....

Me:(奶奶的,又來問一次,我早上已經給過資料了)Ok, My name is ....,my contact is ......., may i know what time will your manager return my call..

馬來妹:I have no ideal, she went out for lucnh....(早上吃到下午3.30還沒回來,,,)

Me:When this morning i called, your colleague told me she went out for lunch, then now already 3.30pm, she still out for lunch....(氣到想不出英文要再怎麼說..),if u or your manager b4 4pm still not reply my call, i will call your office to make a complaint.....

沒10分鐘,有人打來了,,,Hi, Angel, Sorry, bcos my manager is in the meeting, just now i ask her about your request, she has agreed that you can come to top up your purchased to SGD$65, Then you can get your free gift....but within Today

瞧,提到打電話到總公司抱怨,馬上就有回應,看來我的英文想要進步,就要經常去自找麻煩了..
